It's a fraud company

Not safe for females and non marathi employees. Senior managers openly flirt with female employees. Non marathi employees are threatened to learn and speak in marathi as soon as they join. 2 years bond need to be signed and security cheque of 3 month's salary has to be given HR encourages female new joiners to get close to male reporting managers. Those who deny doing this are denied appraisal and ultimately humiliated and removed from job. 6 working days, minimum 10-12 working hours daily. Sometimes Sundays and even Public holidays are also working. No Comp-off policy. Micro management. No job security Management is only interested in collecting hefty amounts of bond by firing employees unnecessarily and threatens to take legal actions if the bond amount is not paid. Most of the managers are uneducated who can't even speak in english. These people do household work of directors like carrying cylinders etc. Relieving documents are not issued after leaving....Read More
