There is no job security. Management is having there own politic.. Principal and vice principal both fight for principalship because of which employs have to suffer.. no company policy they don't give offer letter, appointment letter, no bonus.. if I talk about work culture it is like sasuraal... Vice principal is such an idiot person.. principal does not no how to talk..
