Dislikes: Nothing as such.
Likes: Here, everyone can bring their creative ideas to work. Even if your first tries don't work out, Superiors are supportive. They're keen on helping employees become skilled. That's why you see many staying here for so long.
Dislikes: There are cons in every workplace, don't feel it's necessary to say.
Likes: We have an annual gala event. That's the highlight. I attended it last year and wow, what an event It was full enjoyment. I met my leaders talked with them and made new friends from the departments

Likes: Appreciate the Neo Academy program. Good to have it. It’s truly a practical and working initiative taken by the management. Many have found it beneficial, and so do I.
Dislikes: First, there is no con; let me tell you this. There is something to share with those looking to join NeoSOFT. You will have to be a sole learner first.
People around you will undoubtedly help and guide you in every situation. But they will also expect you to put some effort from your end.
Likes: Telling from my own experience of working at NeoSOFT for almost two years, I strongly recommend this place if you have excellent collaboration skills and can take the lead in self-domain and cross-functional work. If you are ambitious, confident, a decision -maker, and have leadership qualities, NeoSOFT is the place.
Dislikes: At this point in time, I haven't come across any downsides or drawbacks that would stop me from recommending this company. However, I will continue to evaluate and assess my review in future as well.

Likes: Very good environment and employee benefits. The facilities are top notch and there's no micro-management which is nice. We also get generous insurance coverage and leave options

Likes: The work culture is quite flexible and we have a good work-life balance most of the time. The good thing is that the management values talent and acknowledges our hard work and dedication with rewards and incentives

Dislikes: Working here for 2 yrs... everything is superb, people and work culture...
Likes: Essential training is held on a timely basis for all employees. It is of the hands-on and all-around kind. The trainers being experienced, have so much to give. Such knowledge gaining and skill acquiring is leading us on the path of progress. Happy with the diverse culture.
