- Less Job security, as if you can't able to crack 3-4 client interview they fire you. If you can crack interview it good for you. - Need to wait 2 month to get clients interview for some employees - On bench for a month for first month before aligning to client. - 1 year bond for a experience employee. - Low increment rate after 1 year and need to sign bond before that(hear from colleague ) - Mumbai office is average - No relocating allowance at time of joining - One can need to move to client location. - Saturday and Sunday weekend can be depend on client. - Workplace missing cafeteria (need to go outside). - Get some negative feedback from friends about organisation regarding being client centric(employee are 2nd priority) but does not experience yet....Read More
