Likes: Provides solid mid-level experience with balanced operational and strategic responsibilities. I am having opportunities to lead small teams and initiatives. There are regular skill development programs available.
Dislikes: Job is full of versatility and new challenges. Not suitable for those who prefer a fixed routine.

Likes: Telling from my own experience of working at NeoSOFT for almost two years, I strongly recommend this place if you have excellent collaboration skills and can take the lead in self-domain and cross-functional work. If you are ambitious, confident, a decision-maker, and have leadership qualities, NeoSOFT is the place.
Dislikes: At this point in time, I haven't come across any downsides or drawbacks that would stop me from recommending this company. However, I will continue to evaluate and assess my review in future as well.

Likes: This would permit one to develop their career properly. The exposure received helps get a feel of things like how to manage, ways to work smartly, and so on.
