If Omega has been your first place of work you will definitely miss the work environment: Healthy work environment, encouraging leads and manager, ample opportunity for growth and good exposure to new challenges, increases credibility. Great trainers, very supportive training team.

Dislikes

Has to improve a lot on company policies. though there are ample opportunities for growth (as in position/designation) but the salary takes a back seat ALWAYS. In case of finance related matters even respective dept washes their hands off an important query or concern for the same. Ultimately we all work for money, that is an added booster for motivation.

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
