Persistent Systems is a great company with lots of benefits, projects are good here and more client projects are there. Actually I like their Learning and Development team, they actually give you udemy license and you can study of your own what you want to learn. Salary is average for freshers but for experienced people they give you more hike than other service based companies. Work life balance depends on project to project but it's overall good. No worklife balance, they won't care about your career. Won't take care of your well being. You are just a labor for them they use to complete their Project that's it. No Job security, No Project Opportunities. They will hire you and keep you on bench if you don't get project within 60 days they will ask you to resign. or they will force you to join some Project where you don't have skillset.

I think it was my bad luck to get worst project in persistent system because of that I left the company. In that project there is zero learning and totally non-tech work and when I ask my manager to change my project then she said just stay or leave the company. I choose second option.🙂🙂

Most of the client project are very hectic. Have to work overtime also sometime. Depend on the manager and project.
