What I liked about Pfizer 1) focus on Quality 2) Safety while working in manufacturing area 3) Documentation procedure 4) Focus on training 5) Benefits of extra working hours in form of overtime payment 6) Importance to every employee.

Dislikes

Company must provide their attention in recruitment procedure, there should be scope for everyone to join this organisation. There should not be biased selection of candidates of only one class of caste, religion and area.
