in pwc only the canteen and cleaning staffs are polite and good rest office collegaues are totally looking sad and dull always..... salary on time

i was a part of pcs florida market, the manager arun ramabhadran and associate pragati pragati have putted me into pip. with no reason. managers are pretending to be the owner of these company. no work life balance no work satisfaction no work management outdated softwares like vdi which works very slow no learning no growing cost cutting is on peak on firm no learning on taxation dept.

I was a member of the PTPA Tax team, and my experience was not positive. There was noticeable bias based on regional backgrounds, with clear favoritism toward certain individuals. The learning opportunities were limited, and the overall growth within the team was slow. I would not recommend joining the PTPA Tax team

Nothing much to like but sometimes receive awards and recognition directly from Pwc for hardwork which I like.

Dislikes

1) Long hours of work 2) No work life balance 3) Appraisal and promotion are not based on feedback or snapshot. If you receive good feedback from your senior or manager does not mean you will get nice Appraisal or promotion. Just work load will increase. 4) They will treat you worst if you put your resignation. So serving notice period is really going to be heal. 5) You will not going to receive any support from mangers and seriors. 6) Office politics is worst. 7) If you put resignation. Your manager's and senior will group together to put you into trouble and torcher you. It's really going to affect your mental health....Read More
