Over all a good organisation. May be it depends on the project you are into. Salaries are paid really good and fair hikes will be done every year

Dislikes

Very less opportunity to grow or enhance your skills. Nothing new you will learn unless you stick back with the company for really long you wouldnt see the growth. Positions are very stagnant in leadership position.

The work culture was transparent throughout the levels when i joined.

Dislikes

The transparency n connect from upper management completely stopped. No learning or skill development opportunity for middle management. Also biasity found in IJPs conducted.

I had a really great time when i joined. Had a very supportive manager then, i felt valued and appreciated. Post that my manager got changed, who was very egoistic, who had hardly any connect with team and always blamed rather than sorting out issues.
