As I'm working on off role, I did personally didn't like the how an off role employees tried in this organization. There is no equal treat given to off role compared to on role employee.

Dislikes

Salary Hike are not provided for the employee even working for 1+ years. 50K insurance is provided that to only for the Candidate not even for dependents.

I would rate 2.5 in terms of work life.

Good working environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive, Management is transparent. It has huge cafeteria and space for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are excellent and they provide good salary hike.

Dislikes

I didn't felt any thing like this.....

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on job.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Best organisation to work.
