High quality products and has a good client base. Good training given from both the trainers.

There management team also not working properly on staff members and There HR team also not supporting to the the staff only support to the Seniors if the behavior going wrong. In Sales team they not given a Compensation (Travel Expenses, Phone Expense) to the staff members. Not given Family benefit like No Health Cover to the staff and Family members, No Life cover to Staffs, No any extra Benefit to the staffs, also no career growth in that company. Sometimes I have work more then his expect-ion but Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I do receive good appreciation from my client but they don't care about us. Senior are showing some time they are Very great but In all working area they are totally have "Zero". They have lots of Attitude in there Mind, they not given any Idea's to the juniors (Step by Step) how to achieve your career goal....Read More
