Nothing. Managers (indian) have -" I am only right" attitude and if you don't call them sir/ma'am they will get offended Highly unprofessional Mass firings every month No appraisal Lack of projects/ high disrespect Stand up calls lasts for 3 hours daily.

Rws india No salary hike 1.Unprofessional attitude 2.Abusive managers especially the ones who are only in this company for 20 years 3. Threatening tone on call 4. Back bitching especially by higher management 5. They make sure that good candidates gets no exposure and targets atleast one person within team 6. They have sir /ma'am culture 7. Hire non IT people like teachers and then they will make them lead over more technical people 8. Bullying culture by so called project manager who thinks they own you 9. Not capable of working on new tech Please don't join this company...Read More
