Typical startup. People are in general good. Focused on values. Donot entertain sub-standard work deliverable, because its a 'pricing' company handling revenue and profitability of other companies. Inclination towards tech is must. Job security. Salary comes on time (7th every month). I have got salary growth of +100% in last 3 years. Appraisals happen every year.

Dislikes

Dont join if you are looking for 9-6 job. First year was struggle becasue I was comparing it to MNC. But i started to enjoy my work when I started to succeed. Manager was helpful to come upto speed. Lots of feedback.
