Only salary they offer at the time joining is good, after that you are on your own and get habitual for roller coaster ride daily.

Dislikes

I joined as associate director and they don’t give visibility even at this level, which is not good, Associate Director is treated like Team Lead here. No salary standards, Associate designation folks are paid more that Lead designation in same project.
