Good fixed salary That's the only pros of joining this company.

There is no roadmap for the projects and they tend to bulk hire for a project to show numbers and then they ramp down the employees after sometime Without any reason. Then they will force you to join the projects which you were not ready to otherwise will ask you to resign.What a horrible culture they have.The managers are just sitting there and doing nothing.HR are the worst. HSBC client side is the worst.They do not have respect for the outer folks and give petty works....Read More

They will give you Salary whatever you demand but later there is no internal hike as such. So while joining you should demand higher

Dislikes

No Job security at all. Most of the projects are short term. If you don't have Project. 45 days Bench and then terminated. In that 45 days also, they line up interviews which do not match your skills just to count the no. Of interviews you have given and still not selected. And then make it a reason of termination
