TCE is one of the leading Project Management Consulting company with plenty of opportunities in different sectors. We can learn more and grow every minute as a professional.

Dislikes

Salary growth is one of the biggest dislike factor in TCE. We will get enough appreciation from our higher management, but it can’t make any difference in your salary growth. Growth is very slow.

TCE is government like organization in terms of working culture and systems so it depends you may like and dislike the culture here.

Dislikes

If you're joining as FTC (Contract Role) then expect nothing except salary. No career growth or improvement, no insurance, no policy, no perks. No paid leave, no accommodation etc.

Work Details

You are free to work the way you want, your works should be done. Sometimes your boss will want you to spend whole working hours at the site.
