Fairness? Equality? They don’t exist here! - **Pathetic Leadership:** The **CEO is the most negative and uninspiring** person ever. The guy wouldn’t recognize good leadership or company culture even if it slapped him in the face. - **Zero Work-Life Balance:** You’re expected to be at your desk at **8 AM sharp**, no flexibility, no consideration, just a **lifeless routine**. - **Joke of a Break Policy:** Officially, you get **30 minutes of break for the entire day**.
