The standard salary hike will be added to non used salary component such as superannuation effectively negating the hike, so you will not get any hike in the fixed salary. Superannuation is a non-existent component used to pad up the salary while joining and the same component is used for faking salary hike for years after joining. The adhoc annual bonus is Rs.40K compared to other companies where the annual variable pay for a middle level position is Rs.1.5 lacs which is just 25% of what other companies pay....Read More

We can learn a lot about the product and the Banking domain

Dislikes

Not the standard IT company. Have to clear 8 exams year after year - that is 2 exams per quarter and 40 exams in 5 years as the exam validity is only for 2 years (You might be writing these exams for more than 5-8 years and it might not end), otherwise annual appraisal will be affected. These exams are designed in such a way so to fail people than to test their product knowledge. Here the focus is on everything else like these exams etc. etc. other than work....Read More
