Some of the teams and managers are good. But mostly it is very bad here.

Dislikes

They laid off many people all of a sudden. No bonus or perks, no cab facilities. Very poor work life balance lots of late night hours. Poor product, technical skills. Not a good place to learn and grow technically. Mandatory work from office.

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I had joined as automation test engineer. The team in which I was working is really worst and there were no testing environments available and expecting the progress in the execution. The manager was really worst and doing partiality between teammates and comparing between us which is not a good quality of a manager. The LM was not having control and was not knowing how to behave with resource and communication was not good as she/he using bad words in the call which is not allowed in any of the organisation. Kindly wait for the other opportunities instead of rushing to this kind of organisation. It looks best in the initial days, but it's would be giving you a Strong impact to your personal life and professional as well...Read More
