Supportive staff and proper training is given by bank to it's employees.good bank for learning but not recommended to work till retirement.

Dislikes

Various targets i.e casa, insurance, fd, sip mutual fund, credit card etc and low salary as compared to sales pressure and targets. You need to do both operations and marketing at less salary.

I've learnt a lot while working in the Commercial Banking department at my branch which I could not have learnt at other branches like LCBD, BG, Wholesale Advances.

Dislikes

Low salaries, less chances of promotion. Career growth stalls here.
