Not really a great experience . Onsite coordinators wants us to support them 24*7 irrespective of our working hours. No cab facility for men and the shift allowances are not too great. The corporate insurance policies are just there but the sum of the complete insurance doesn't even cover a day at the hospital.

No bench concept. So no Job security. If the client backs off , you are out of job.
