Patiallity with some people over there. There are many bosses over there than to be a leader, who always motivate only for the work to be completed. Of you expect for salary hike or any permanent role over there then you will be the fool over there.

Not anything in particular. Although the work what you do is repetitive but it's dead easy. Any one can do work here without a particular degree and knowledge of anything. Company provides cab facility to all it's employees.

Politics within the organization is huge. Management is at its worst. More the 8+ years of people are leaving the organization every month. The work life balance is worst. And pay scale is okish but don't expect raise more than 7% a year. Travel is stopped complety and won't start again in 3 or 4 years....Read More

The learning curve is the best at Yokogawa India in Domestic Engineering Department. Since you are involved and exposed to the end-to-end lifecycle of the project, the learning is so good compared to other companies/departments.

Compensation is below par compared to competitor companies. I heard from internal colleagues that the management has decided to revise the salary structure in FY 2022. I hope it happens. There is no Employee Recognition Program carried out, at least when I was there at Yokogawa India for two years. It would have given more encouragement. Trainings are only on-the job.
