The work environment is good with your Supervisor being very supportive and guiding. Learning opportunities are totally dependent on you which means you need to grasp it as you won't get much of a help base. There are ample amount trainings to build a niche for you.

Dislikes

The salary and compensation for a metro city is quite less. A lot of politics is dominant in the office. The HR gives false promises and overview of the company. Unnecessary stringent rules regarding office time. Travel though free is a contradiction to which is written on the offer letter. I started my career in Yokogawa as a GET. It was a privilege to work for a core company as a fresher and gaining valuable experience. A lot of leaning had taken place during my tenure in this organisation. Work environment is good and a lot of supportive teammates throughout the journey.

Dislikes

Poor salary and slow career growth was something that made me shift from here. There were limited prospective for a role change to another department too which should actually be encouraged.
