Absolutely nothing. they will make you sign a bond and then chase you to pay for it even if you are not interested to get the experience certificate.

The management is filled with people how are close to their retirement and so there decision making is according to what can give them a short term push in the balance sheet There is a clear and open basis, in the treatment of employees. these days in ots only people from tn are being hired but that was never a problem to me. my problem is that they harass you when you are leaving even when you are a good performer and had gone way and beyond to do your duties. Never ever tell these people which company you are joining else they will make sure that they reach your new recruiter and stop your recruitment(happened with a guy in 2019 who was joining abb) <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Never expect any pay raise</mark>. they gave me 2% raise in my pay and showed 11% raise. one guy (APC ) had his sister's wedding and he was forcefully sent to site by giving a guarantee by his manager that he can come back for a week. when the dates came yokogawa people stopped picking up phone and stopped replying to his mail. he resigned from the site and left for his hometown. none of there laptops work properly. Absolutely none. there are many more stories where employees are bluffed and treated as garbage. but if you are still interested to join, well, you will have aride of a life time....Read More
