CTC and appraisal is good but part of it is tied to shares. You will get RSU that you can vest over the period of 4 years and you can purchase company stocks max 15% discount from fmv value.

Dislikes

Work life balance is myth here. You will burdened with tasks. Politics by upper management. Now you will be called to office. Jr are expected to be at the office 5 days a week but seniors leverage their position and power. Ready to work on weekends also because you have to finish your task otherwise things can go adverse for you. They did fire 3% of their employees.
