Salary is good plus it's WFH so you can manage doing other tasks if you settle well with rotational shift

Dislikes

There's no job security and the hierarchy is shit. No one to hear your concern and they threaten to terminate you over silly reasons. The rotational shifts are too drastic and can be dangerous for health. If you're in urgent need of WFH and good salary then only go for it or else please stay away since there's no skill development, job security or anything.

Things were best at start when I joined. The promotion and increment were good. Work from home

Dislikes

Nowadays everything is just downhill, no good bonus, increment was a joke. Got promotion but they increased not even 8% of the current salary. Workload is way too much, they just make you work for 10 people and if you say this isn't the work you would like to do, the ops manager will tell you to resign. Too much politics even though I'm working from home, i can still see that. They are just making excuse and trying to make everyone leave, cost cutting is all time high.

- RTO 5 days a week is mandatory and completely useless when working with remote teams. - Work pressure is high. - Less engineering work and more docs, approvals, reviews: less autonomy. - If you join a US team, you will have to take meetings at odd hours. - The surrounding city area is a traffic hotspot

Alot of things , they're not hiring experience candidates only hiring freshers so that they can pay less and they have started throwing people from one skill to another within 1 month this is very disturbing, sometimes they don't even hire and all the burdens are on our heads , they don't understand the actual issue but only our metrics matters and nothing else

Brand name People they hire are intelligent

...ion status quo,but when u question,the managers gets defensive and agreessive 5.No salary increase instead salary reduction I can go on and on.
