Work culture, office environment, overall it feels like working in top mnc. Pay scale is very good for freshers compared with other companies..

As a 3d artist, amazon is not a great. Mostly we have to do routine work.. There is less chance to learn new skills.

... company for almost 2 years. I liked 1. Technical support. 2. Company policy. 3. Salary standard compared to industry. 4. Company Tag. ( Goodwill of Company ) 10. Extra benefits ( transport, insurance, leaves, relocation )

Dislikes

There are so many things i dislikes. So here are few i m mentioning. 1. Politics ( at its hi level ) 2. Manger cheap strategy. ( cheap strategy ). 3. Hiring process. ( Most manager are from different backgrounds ) 4. Very very hard work pressure. 5. Annual increment. 6. Worst Working life balance ( its Norma u can find people working at breakfast, lunch, dinner time at their table. ) 7. Long term ( all your savings u makes because or poor work life balance doctor will charge u for treatment. ) 8. Tracking system on your computer. 9. Upper Management is blind ( they knows the top team performer are physically unhealthy but they appreciate them for doing work by compromising their health. )

It is one of the best and largest company in India. Working with it, is a great opportunity for me. It adopts latest technology. A great place to learning. Growth depends on talent and hardwork. working environment is very friendly and positive. Here everyone follows the company's rules and policy,everyone gets 2 offs in a week. Company pays extra for night shift. Employees can get a chance to go abroad and work with amazone branch.

Dislikes

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. work pressure is very high during peak time i.e starting 10 days of month. Mistakes can happen when loading the items if any associates doesn't follows the rules, which takes time of another works. sometimes, i have to attend calls at late night.

Overall I like amazon but when it comes to job security question mark only highly performing people's stay there.

What I hate there Contract is safe for company cost cut at the same time company has to consider performing and intrested employee for permanent role.

...ion status quo,but when u question,the managers gets defensive and agreessive 5.No salary increase instead salary reduction I can go on and on.
