The promotion of negative behavior among colleagues is encouraged, given that performance evaluations hinge not on assessments from superiors, but rather on appraisals from fellow employees, who concurrently serve as competitors.

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

What I hate there Contract is safe for company cost cut at the same time company has to consider performing and intrested employee for permanent role.
