I'm very disappointed with my experience at Axis Bank. The work culture feels overly pressurized, and I find the numerous account charges frustrating. It seems like there are fees for every little thing, which adds to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I do not appreciate the environment or the practices at Axis Bank.

... to such pressure, especially during peak login times. I hate this bank forever. I’ve been facing significant financial strain due to my salary being consistently low at 7,000 to 8,000 for the past 10 months. The bank has deducted amounts for parental insurance without proper communication, and this has caused me a lot of hardship.

Whoever want survive with job then only join this bank.everyday you have to die meet your targets.you loose your passency most of times behaviour with the managers. you keep some amount in your pockets if not do insurance. You must do else they force put resignation..even you out of office your mind will think what next day???? If you got married all pressure automatically divert on your family harrassing your targets. They pay cup of salary you return mountain worth business.

...they pay you so less, you will be having trouble to running your own house. °if you are in sales field, get ready to burn your 50% of salary in order to do the cold calling. °you will never get acknowledged and everybody gonna humiliate you the worst way possible sometimes you gonna cry in the alone corner in the bank.

This company is very good in pampering it's employee the date for credit of salary is awesome we never have to remind them for salary it automatically gets credit in given time also it's improves the skill and personality of a person though it's my first job but I'm glad i have to get experience in this company it moulded me in such a way that now wherever I go or which ever environment i face in life i won't hesitate of fear to face those challenges ,thank you axis Bank for giving me this opportunity to discover myself

One thing that i didn't like is why do sales have to source all the leads for other departments ,the work lot of sales seams Little heavier than other employees that's just my opinion

...ing bad behaviour seriously. and last time he does not regularise my attendence. my 9000 salary hold due to not regularise my attendence . i wil never refer any one to do job in axis bank.Axis bank is very good organisation but This HSM MOHIT SAH. NATURE IS VERY BAD.
