No work life balance, people work from 9 am to 10 pm especially in large branches, politics in bank has degraded the talent of many people along with their career, working in retail branches is tough. They may give you unachievable targets.

Job loss security Only politics Don't take decision join the bank until if urgent requirement. If you have family's then wisely take decision to joining. HR Policy nothing. It's better to join nbfc or insurance but axis Bank never.

The only positive was timely salary and credit. Axis Bank has a recognisable brand name so it may help in future job application

Dislikes

The legal team lacked proper structure and support. Seniors were unapproachable and offered no real guidance or mentorship. Promotions are heavily influenced by internal references, favoritism and connections rather than merit. There was a toxic work culture where incompetence was overlooked if someone has the "RIGHT" connections. The legal head never interacted with the team and leadership involvement was minimal to nonexistent. No growth, no training and very little respect for genuine effort. Advice for Management: A serious overhaul is needed in the Legal teams leadership and culture. Promotions should be based on merit, not relationships. Employee concerns should be heard and real mentorship must be implemented if you want to retain talented professionals.

Manager not supported, Even national head call you and use abusing word. Maximam Loan cancel by Fcu, Area Manager at Asha Home loan sector drinking Alcohol at office after every one go to home, That why he hold his RO/RM to late night .

At the time of interview hr said it's 9to6 job but it's 8to9 almost, hr will give you any branch that's make you more travel if you axis you will go for your hone only for sleeping, there was a major change in appraisal that will give you rating on every six month if your performance will not upto the mark any of month pip will be issue so overall not any job security here
