Poor work life balance : You are supposed to work Monday to Saturday. In exigencies Sunday is also a working day.But these exigencies are often.It can be improved if CHRO intervene.Even if it is a holiday on Sunday, they will schedule a useless meeting. Less Salary: Salary difference between MTs from IIMs and tier 2 colleges has a big difference. Incompetent mid level Management: If working hours start from 10 am, the mid-level manager may call up a meeting at 9 . They don't care about employee wellbeing. They don't even have a strategy. Focus only on sales.

Will make you mentally strong as there's lot of pressure. So, when you switch you feel there's lot outside work & can give time to your family and friends.

Dislikes

Work culture, salary as compared to market standards, 7 days working and poor top management. First of all, the MD needs to be changed and than there should be drastic change (removed) of few GMs and depot managers because of whom people leave.

Company policies are okk, but management mentality is very poor to us. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very poor and career growth is slow

The one who is the manager of the present, he treats his special people well and does promotions of those people and the side people like us only have more work.

...Mgmt Staff as they send messages in WhatsApp group & sometimes they send emails. Only late sitting given With many conditions & Actuall overtime was not given according to Salary. Retiral benefits are very much poor due to Less Basic Salary in the company. HR did not consider my Basic Salary during the time of my joining in the year 2012 & this resulting very poor Retiral benefits from the company.
