Up until it was Legato, management had a growth mindset. Nice workplace setup and facilities

Lack of vision or clarity in the leadership or mid-management personnel for the product or service they are working on. It works like an IT staffing company rather than an IT service company - We follow Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for software delivery by the book - My assistant delivery manager does not understand this model and calls SAFe not Agile and it is "Bagile". A lot of projects use SAFe framework, but no managers and leads know the full form of SAFe. Office politics, favoritism, and no shared goal among management. Up-skilling is not encouraged. I requested my assistant delivery manager for a certification to understand the process better; he told me that as I am already working on it as part of my job, I am already certified in his mind (He could have said NO). Subpar, mediocre, and inferior work is portrayed as a next-gen ground-breaking, reality-disruptive, futuristic state-of-the-art achievement to the client. Micromanagement (monitoring the employee "Away" status on MS Teams), if at least the project/delivery had been micro-managed, something would have been accomplished. Managers are toxic which spoils the whole work culture. The lady HR manager is the worst of all. Maybe she is not happy in her personal life hence she cannot handle others life being good. She will pressurizes everyone so much to work and thinks the team is as her slave. Because of her behaviour people keep quitting. There are no old people left in the team except few who are her chamchas. This attitude is creating problems in the team as new associates keep joining and quitting. The top management is least bothered that they never enquired why so many people have left. She will cry if you ask for leaves as if you are asking for her personal property and will call you during your holidays and spoil your off. Forget leaves during probation period unless you end up in hospital. If she doesn't like someone she will make sure to target them to the extent where they quit and she will display as if it's our own mistakes. She plays such a high level of mind games and politics because she doesn't have any knowledge of handling team at all. One of the worst team i have ever worked in my whole life....Read More

Work flexibility, very helpful coworkers for my team it depends on teams in this company. Great food for less cost. Good cab facility. Carelon gives importance for extra activities like sports they do have teams for dance and cricket. Over all it is a nice company.

Dislikes

Tigheter deadlines,no recognition in how much ever work we do, main focus on automation, they don't care on what we work. Even if we do all the automation and work there are no hikes. Honestly salary doesn't increase even after working here for 2 years and not even market level.

Recently they decresed the salary of so many employees by removing shift allowences which is 6000 rupees per month its more than a person hike per month , we asked why they reduced they answered we removed now but next year that money will utilize for employee hike 😂 which is silly explanation
