Cab facility for every employee, despite of any shift.

Dislikes

No growth opportunity, it holds F&F of everyone, you have to ping them every other moment to settle your f&f. If you wont ping they won't settle, salary is very less, toxic work culture, managers and employess are not at all up to the mark.

Carelon have good infrastructure which makes employee to feel working for a big MNC.

Dislikes

* Once you reach the promotion criteria in a specific LOB, management shifts you to another LOB so that they can skip you from promoting to next position. * Team leaders treat you like a student not a professional employee. They give you threats of job removal and year end appraisal. * For the name sake management offers you some courses but TL’s wouldn’t let you to attend ‘em if you not done with daily target. * Food is worst. * If you don’t reach targets TL’s make you to login after shifts I,e. Shift extension * You won’t get appreciation for your work, instead it’ll go to the management favourite employees. * They play with employees mental health....Read More
