People from operations especially trainers are not cooperating with QA and supporting all the users regardless of the incorrectly worked accounts. Also the company has terminated me in BGV and it was not my decision to quit the company. Also the company has terminated a lot of people like me even after insisting them not to do so.

Management is good, lots of opportunities for career growth

Cost cutting and there are multiple company applications to use instead of that there can be one application having all the details required. There is no cab facilities.

...agement is transparent. Manager is also stand by at any difficulties/challenges. Good appraisal & they give good salary hike.

I had great experience working with the first source it is really a good company to work with.The working atmosphere is really awesome no late setting no work pressure. The important features about FS is working environment. It's very good.

Everything is perfect but the only sad part is salary and yearly increments. It's very very poor u can't expect to cross even 15k in 5 years. That disappointe u and affect your personal life (due to low salary)break your confidence, your skills and talent.

My experience at firstsource wasn’t great. There was very very very poor management, no proper communication, and no support for employees. Work-life balance didn’t really exist, Not much scope for learning or growth either.
