In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. It was a matter of luck for us to work in General Motors. Because there was a beautiful environment to work. Working culture was great. I don't know where 18 years went. Thanks General Motors for making our life.

We were discriminated against in pay. Although we are seniors, we did not give the benefit of settlement as per rule. 9500/- per month as per rule and the company has not reimbursed us anything.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't solve the issues. Salary is not given 100% if he/her find covid 19 Negetive or Quarantine . Doing Mentally harassment about salary . No any positive sign during pandemic .
