To be honest, the work culture is too bad. I have been working as a credit manager here and whatever good you do, you won't be appreciated. In here, Credit and Operations are just like sla*es to the Sales team. Even you have to work till late night still you get only 9-10% appraisal. And every year, when the time of appraisal comes, the company alaway use to be in loss. Secondly, neither one is going to teach you anything nor there is a proper training. You just get tons of pdfs for policy. Most commonly, here you get the policy pdfs after some changes gets implemented. Thirdly, process is too slow in comparison to other NBFCs. You have so go through 7-8 applications for pitching cam for a single customer. Forthly, 1st and 2nd saturday is off here as per the rumors.

...o like. Business teams are leading here. Business teams behaves like dog to BCM. Only on time salary is good thing

No value for credit in specially West Bengal lending department.No support for credit department. Business team from zonal level forceful to Branch credit level. Even working on credit department you will feel like you are working on sales. Even credit manager gets pressure more than any sales manager. Credit Manager leaves office every day at 10pm and at month end 3am at night.Even works on Saturday and Sunday

Everything 1 Salary structure 2 Leave not giving which is considered as Leave on system but if they mail " Tomorrow is normal working day " u must come to branch, Shame thing to work with them.

Less salaries full work pressure including credit they’ll ask to bring some sales , no support and coming to appraisals there is no choice for that every department need to take permission from sales cluster

Salary is not good as per company standards.. Work culture is poor for some departments as other departments too much dependent on same.. Work Life Balance is very poor as holidays can turn to working days and need to stretch at work..
