HDFC should seriously consider vendors contribution at work and should do less pampering for permanent employees. Many managers have no idea what is happening in the project

Less salary , salary and career growth is very slow, no training is provided to new joinees, there are no facility for IT officer , all decision are depends on your manager, in covid - 19 situation all teams are working from home & our team come regular in office ,bank providing us laptop for do work from home & all other staff are coming office twice in week but our manager say come regular.

Salary inbalance not even to the market standard. Those who gives 100% and do honest work they don't get what they deserve. I have experienced and seen many of them left because of same. But working with HDFC will be always a good learning experience for rest of your life.
