full job security but always grouping of bengali people in my project no intention to criticise any one but i suffered this type of grouping in my project because people having more experience sitting ideal but person who is very fresher ..getting as many tickets just because manager is bengali and the fresher is also bengali..they always used to call each other Di(Female)..and Da(Male)..Bengali People get much high Increment and performance bonus instead of other people..So this is the reason i dislike the most and feel very irritating while working there

Overall work culture is good. But again it depends mainly on the projects.

...out to an HR is quite a hassle. Few of the processes are not that user friendly. Internal salary hikes are average and not competitive enough.

You can have a work life balance which you won't find in other organizations. Work wise it's good company to work.

Compensation is par low compared to other organizations. Hikes are in dream's, not real.

No job satisfaction. No good or promising salary hikes. Pathetic organisation structure. No skilled people. No standard facilities. Pathetic cafeteria and food.

Salary hike is less than 4%. Of course IBM provides WFH but their expection is more than office hours. I seriously don’t like the management in IBM. The projects are badly handled. The technical managers are basically non technical. They only Moto is billing from client whether a employee is hospital or graveyard.
