The best part of being at IBM is the fact that it readily provides a kick-start to freshers career. It lets u learn n develop oneself. Ive been part of GTS and the possible exposure provided to different aspects is good.

...re career is in ur manager dependent with absolutely no involvement of any HR. utterly terrible compensation n worse is the appraisal which ranges in 1-3% per year No regard for quality of work nor client appreciation receives any value during aporaisals Racism is to to whole new level. Being a brown nose gets u points for career prospects. Suggestion: stay with IBM for a kick start to your career but dont stay in expectation of growth, it will never happen.

Management is biased and not skilled for right domain..hence expect to meet leadership with zero professional and technical skills .it's a brand name with no more integrity

Work life balance, salary and benefits, no pressure. My sincere advise, don’t leave IBM until it is so much necessary you to move out. IBM is far better than any company outside.

...king with, generally a nice company with very convenient workspace and culture . No strict timings ,Salary is Good 👍🏻

Medical insurance and other benefits are average. No cab facility for us . Most of team members reporting that they have less work life balance and additional working hours.
