Culture in some branches is very bad, though it is subjective to your branch manager Outlook...some people get the same work done by keeping there resources satisfied while others with poor leadership skills keep on micromonitoring and still low branch performance and bad employee experience, leading to negative impact on branch identity.

Very low work life balance Totally dependent on bosses They can transfer anywhere any job role , without considering specialisation, not on fair grounds In Sales profile, full exploitation of employees No one listens to employees, there is no process Bosses count each n every leaves you take rven sick leave

I like work environment as well as there is we can more banking knowledge and we can improve our SQL domain skills like in SQL and ms office as well as sas
