Salary is good and organisation is also good except Product Org. Nice culture with lots to learn in Tech teams.

Dislikes

Salary is good because they don't find decent talent to join their organisation. Work is low quality and seldom satisfying. Most of the PM and SPM folks are trying to exit but not happening due to high pay and inferior unrelatable work combo... :) Many product folks don't know the next steps and making the ways through sycophancy and leading feature factory nobody using.... Not a place for learning and growing... great place for settling and dragging...

Highly engineering driven and you are encouraged to innovate. Bright company for Bright minds.

Dislikes

...ior folk as you are expected to deliver from day one with little to no training. That's the only downside beside average salary compensation for non-tech jobs. But if you are up for it, this is one of the best places to work for.

Pros: The compensation is good with good facilities. cons: No career growth. Job security is pathetic. Lot of politics at the higher management level. They lay off people without any reason.

Dislikes

No hirarchy, bad job security, no growth options, you cannot work in a company which doesnt value its employees.

* The company does not have a very good work culture * There is favouritism * if your work is getting stalled due to infrastructure, it depends on your aquaintance with your manager how much support you shall get * There are two standups. So you shall have to repeat your evening update next morning. They shall ask you why are you repeating your update. You would say, because this is the same update I gave before logging off yesterday. They will silently make you understand that you should have worked at night too. :D * There is toxic hostility between Hyderabad and Pune office. You will not get support on legacy code. * All these depends on your team.
