Salary on time, TA/DA depends on reporting boss. If he is active then ok otherwise it will take time. Working life balance is 50-50. Skill will improve automatically. as you will responsible for your sale, no one will entertain any type fault , even if it is a manufacturing defect. Job security is good,

Esteemed management need to be wake up & listen to the ground employee, so that they can understand the scenario/ ground reality. If the RSM/ ZSM involve then their will be no change.Need more focus on marketing. problem/ issue need to be sort out, to retain clients.

Leave policy - sandwich leave as company believes in non employee friendly HR policies. 5. Notice period - strictly 90 days of notice period as no relaxation in notice period allow from company.

1.Poor and cheap in Salary Payment. 2. Senior Managers with hold salaries for bribes and benefits 3.Working hours in Sales-12-15 hrs. No incentives and No perks 4. No career growth in company. Pressure Cooker culture. 5.Rotten Top Management and No future prospects for employees.
