Growth, The growth is not linked with your performance. It depends upon how you satisfy your big boss, not by works & in other way. I spent so many years & there was good relationship with boss but later understood boss can not be satisfied with work only. Nepotism, favouritism, Doppelganger affect ruins the culture.

Company's internal system is not up-to-date and policy's overlap and clashes. Workpressure increasing everyday and aproach being unrealistic creating overburden for junior level.
