Terrible, torture, harassment management. Total job hours 14 to 16 hours. Ask your immediate family members to forgot you till working in L&T. No overtime for staff and pressure extreme. Zero life only count salary money at month end.

Contractors payment is pending from 3-6 month, and management pressurise to us for achieving our target, how is that possible? Most of the project are in huge losses due to management and company policy, no one can beat them There are partiality between DET , GET and Lateral entry people,

New joiners are getting good designation & package as well but old employees are not getting promotion on time & increasement also very poor. Staff's actual evaluation is zero.
