Do you get admin access on laptop or need IT for every install? 2. Are office hours flexible or fixed 9 AM login? 3. Is 9 hrs of active laptop time mandatory? 4. No clear HR policies on career progressions. It is up to the wish of the senior management as to when to award promotions. There are folks who receive promotions every year and there are folks who get it once in 5 years. Their SSC portal which is related to the finances is pathetic.
