Focus and Opportunities for learning is great CEO is good and top L&T leadership are probably good people however senior leadership below C level can be improved. The profile, history and legacy of the group organisation is excellent Many new offices have opened Organization is on growth trajectory , although pace should be improved.

Induction and the clarity provided for new joiners are good.

Dislikes

Project deployment is often not according to our skills and interests. Some managers expect us to be available all the time n leave not much room for work life balance. Some Policies are not so user friendly. Processes such as fuel and other reimbursements are not so good.

Recent developments where the bonus payouts are changed from quarterly to half yearly. HR Offboarding team is more interested in deducting your hard earned money from your FnF. The inhand salary is way lesser and it’s so difficult to figure out why the money has been deducted. Promotions are rare even if you are the top performer. Reporting Manager never bothers to clarify what rating has been given to you and why. Regardless of your performance, you will be rated only if you are in good terms with the management and in these days with wfh options it’s difficult to create that rapport as you are dedicated to client projects......Read More
