Salary not credited timely. Vendor payment not done timely so it's very tuff for Vendor control

There is nothing likes.There is no work culture at all in the organisation

...nt/resignation you will not get your dues.PF will be deducted but not deposited.MIS department does not pay salary.outsource employee including staff come in the office for salary.Efficient staffs leave service.No one will attend your phone call.

...lly successfully completed the two year assignment with esteemed organization. At last satisfied with tenure in term of job security , career growth , salary and appraisal,work environment and work life balance.

Few are my dislikes but only wish to say there is lack of transparency at middle level and not maintaining the common ethics and etiquette.

...ening and closing an excel sheet, doing nothing. Even then, you are not secured. Salary is 6 months due on an average. There are people with more than 12 months pending. NO increment. Promotions are around 2/3/4 years due. No medical insurance. People are still staying here because of family or other issues, or they could not manage another job yet. Top management is divided and fighting. It's Marwari gaddi culture at its worst. At every level, there's groupism and each group treats others as rivals and wants to snatch their job at any cost. Join this place only if you have no other option. Even then, don't join.

Culture of the company is very good. Work is also very knowledgeable. For freshers it can be the best choice to upscale skills and if not have any financial problems. Also if you are a Bengali then it can a plus for you.

Dislikes

There is no fixed time for salary not only dates people working here didn't get salary for months. Some have pending salary of more than 12+ months (Excluding other perks eg. house rent, etc).
