Working on client site only because of that I have stayed this long.

despite being promised an increment in salary in my employment contract, I was never given the raise that I was entitled to. Despite raising the issue with my manager and HR, no action was taken and I was left feeling undervalued and unsupported. Communication during my notice period was nonexistent, leaving me feeling unsupported and undervalued. Would not recommend this company to anyone seeking fair treatment and communication."

They don't retain the employee once the project is ended. They lie just to get you on board at any cost. I was hired just for 2 months of project and then laid off. They lied to me and did not inform that its a 2 month project. They did not provide any compensation whatsoever. Only 15 Days of Notice before firing me. Never Join them on fake promises.

...eally unprofessional and they should give some compensation for their activity .If a employee within few months of joining and project is running he is required to pay then it should be implemented for companies also.Let see if something happens I am a family man and it is really irritating and gave lot of tension
