In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Attitude of MD. No joining process lile Documentation,Proper Welcome on board mail,Induction When met MD he had such a face which spoils your day.. He has nothing to care about HR (Employees of the company) Poor communocation between corporate HR I felt like I was put in isolated cabin where there are filles,papers were unkept. So my ratings are in negative(-) Better to be unemployed than to be a part of solex energy.HR from Surat is poor.Very poor support system.There is no support system at all.If you dont trust than just be part of it and have a horribel experience by yourself. MD has no sense to write mail and talk with employees specially for new joinees.Instead of making new joinees feel comfortable he makes new joinee to a awkward and uncomfortable situation. If you are unemployed and not getting job anywhere than also advice not to go for Soelx Energy.
